Ingredients:
| - 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Singapore Laksa Coconut Curry Noodle SpicePaste©
- 440ml ( 2 cups ) milk or coconut milk
- 100g ( 3½ oz ) fish fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 150g ( 5 oz ) prawns, shelled and de-veined
- 4 button mushrooms, diced
- 2 tsp corn-flour (corn-starch), mixed in 6 tbsp water
- Croutons as garnish (optional)
| Methods: | - Pour milk into saucepan; gently bring to the boil on low heat.
- Stir in SpicePaste©, fish fillet, prawns, mushrooms and corn-flour mixture; simmer gently for 5-8 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
- Garnish and serve with bread or rice.
| Variations: | You may replace fish and prawns with squid, white clams, mussels or seafood of your choice. |
