United Noodles Inc. Online Shopping Customer Agreement

This is an agreement between you and United Noodles' Online Shopping and United Noodles, Inc. that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive United Noodles' Online Shopping service, which includes processing and shipping of product orders from us. Your use of United Noodles' Online Shopping Service and the Site constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Timing

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday - Friday) will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the following day (orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped the following day (if the following day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the following Monday or business day).

Shipping Charges 

The shipping fee shown online at checkout is an estimate, and may differ from the final cost charged to your credit card, depending on the weight of final packaging.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. A $10.00 fee will be charged to your credit card if the shipping company UPS or USPS has to alter the address before your order arrives at your location.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Online Order Total vs. Actual Cost

The order total shown online is an estimate and may differ from the final cost charged to your credit card on delivery. These factors can affect your final cost:

Sale Items

Our special sale offers begin and end at the same specified times on both the online Service and in our stores. Your order is charged to your credit card upon shipping.

Thus if an item is not on sale when you order, but is on sale on shipping day, you will pay the sale price.

Promotions

We occasionally offer promotional savings that may be applied to an online grocery order. The amount saved may not be included in the order total shown online, but the savings will be applied to the final cost charged to your credit card on delivery day.

-Some promotions require you to enter a code during the online checkout process. A brief description confirming the promotion savings will appear below the summary of your order total shown online.

-Some promotions do not require you to enter a code and are automatically applied to the final cost charged to your credit card on delivery day. A brief description confirming the promotion savings will appear below the summary of your order total, but the savings will not be included in the order total shown online. The savings will be shown on the printed invoice that accompanies your order.

Substitutions

If an item in your basket is not available at the store where your order is being filled on shipping day, we will substitute that item with the same item in a different size. If the item is not available in another size, we will substitute the item with a comparable brand in the same size you requested. If there is no substitution we will omit the item altogether.

If you do not want us to select a substitute item, please include a comment that says ‘Do Not Substitute' at checkout. We will then omit the item altogether.

The final cost charged to your credit card on shipping day may differ from your order total shown online due to the differing price of a substituted item or the deletion of that item from your basket if you noted "Do Not Substitute".

RETURN POLICY

Due to state health regulations, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any food-related items, regardless if they are opened or not.

For non-food items, returns will be processed in the form of online store credit within 7-days of purchase at the discretion of United Noodles. All purchased goods must be in new, unopened condition.

Please also note:

-Customers will be responsible for all costs related to returning the item safely (we recommend insured shipping with tracking) - if an item does not arrive or arrives damaged, United Noodles cannot process a return or refund

-All returns are subject to a 25% restocking/processing fee
