2 teaspoons guk ganjang, 국간장 (soup soy sauce) (Aisle 15)

or use salt to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic (Produce)
1/2 teaspoon sugar (Aisle 16)
1 teaspoon sesame oil (Aisle 19)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (Aisle 10)
salt and pepper to taste

Spicy Version

2 teaspoons soy sauce (Aisle 15)

1 teaspoon sesame oil (Aisle 19)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (Aisle 10)
