Shanghai Bok Choy

Shanghai bok choy combines mild leafy greens with juicy stems for stir-fries, soups, and hot pot.

Separate the leaves or halve the heads, then rinse between the stems. Cook thicker stems before tender leaves when stir-frying, or add to soup and simmer until tender.
