Chinese Cabbage

Chinese cabbage adds mild flavor and tender leaves to soups, stir-fries, and vegetable fillings.

Remove damaged outer leaves and rinse well. Cut to suit the dish, allowing thicker stems more cooking time than the leaves. Pair with garlic, ginger, mushrooms, or tofu.
